Pilot Training

We will teach you to become a student of aviation, not an aviation student. We understand that in order for students to become a technically proficient and safe aviators, they must acquire knowledge and experience that places an emphasis on learning for the purpose of developing within themselves the skills, knowledge, and judgment required for the modern professional aviation world.

Your flight training experience will be guided by professional aviators and passionate flight instructors who are eager to help you succeed. Our instructors will prepare you for your future using their personal industry experiences, knowledge, and training.

Your training will be guided by a professionally developed course syllabus. You will be immersed in Single Pilot and Crew Resource Management training which will enhance your confidence in your ability to safely operate any airplane.

The Training Process

There's only five steps to becoming a professional pilot, and in most cases, it can be done in as little as 18-24 months training part time around your existing job!

Student Pilot

Before you can begin your flight training, you must complete some regulatory requirements which include establishing U.S. citizenship. You must also apply for a Student Pilot Certificate and a Medical Certificate.

We've made the process to get started simple to navigate. Click the link below to see more information about the Student Pilot process.

Private Pilot

Student pilots work closely with a flight instructor to learn the piloting skills necessary to become a private pilot.

You will learn how to safely operate an aircraft, how to control flight by performing certain maneuvers, and learn the academic knowledge needed to a safe, proficient, and compentent pilot.

As a Private Pilot, you will be a fully licensed pilot and able to fly pretty much anywhere in the National Airspace System under most "visual" conditions with non-paying passengers on board both day and night.

Instrument Pilot

You will learn how to safely operate an aircraft solely by reference to the flight instruments, without any outside visual references.,You will also learn  how to fly more complex procedures such as departures, holds, arrivals and approaches, and learn the regulations that govern IFR flight.

As an instrument rated pilot, you will be able to fly in conditions that were previously unavailable to you as a VFR private pilot. Your ability to operate in more diverse conditions will add increased skill and confidence and create new challenges for you to master.

Adding an Instrument rating to your certificate enhances your ability to safely operate an airplane, even in visual conditions.  All pilots should consider this valuable rating.

Commercial Pilot

You will learn to control an aircraft with finess and precision, and how to operate more complicated aircraft with both one and two engines.

Commercial pilot certification is completed in two phases:

As a Commercial Pilot, you will now be able to receive compensation for your services as a pilot. The time for paying for your own flight is time past, now it is time to get paid!

Flight Instructor

You are now a Professional Pilot. As a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), you will be qualified to provide the same training you just received, to students of your own. Being a CFI is a critical step in a pilot's career, and will take you to a different level than pilots who forgo this important step.

Qualified students who complete our training program will be guaranteed an interview for a position as a Flight Instructor with Infiniti Aviation.

Airline Pilot

You've done it! You've just got the call you've been waiting for your entire career: "We'd like to offer you a position as First Officer."

Congratulations! You've come a long way since you began your journey. The training you have received yourself and in turn have provided to others has prepared you for this moment. It has been a privilege to work with you and to have a part in your journey. We thank you for the opportunity to have served you.
